Hi Everyone!

Holidays are around the corner and I’m starting to get excited for cooking and baking! I have recently checked out The Official Harry Potter Baking Book: 40 recipes inspired by the films from the library to start autumn. From the book, I found Wizzarding Hats to be the easiest recipe to try and it’s delicious! I shared with my friends 5, my son ate 4, I ate 2, and my husband ate 1. My daughter is picky so she didn’t eat any. Below were the steps I took!

Here’s my stack of cookbooks: Shake Strain Done, The Keto High Fiber Diet, Instant Pot Bible, Cookish, South Beach Diet, The Full Plate, The Official Harry Potter Baking Book, The Rise, and This Will Make It Taste Good that I’m going to be cooking this coming holiday season. They are cookbooks from last year, but many recipes I have not tried yet. Recently I tried a Seared Scallops and Arugula Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette from Cookish and loved it. I ate them for lunch and dinner. Then I made similar variations with shrimp topping and loved it too.

Happy cooking, baking, eating, and reading everyone!
